Easy Street Capital (“Easy Street”) is looking for an Account Executive with extensive familiarity and expertise with working with realtors / real estate agents. The role will focus on connecting with real estate agents and brokerages to source DSCR Loans, RTL (Bridge/Fix And Flip) and Ground-Up SFR Construction loans. Easy Street Capital is one of America’s top lenders for residential investment real estate – you will be providing loans for rental properties, fix and flips, short term rentals (airbnb), multi-unit rental properties and more!
The ideal candidate will have experience and license as a realtor / broker and/or extensive relationships and understandings of the industry. The candidate will focus on leveraging this knowledge and relationships to connect with investor-friendly agents and brokerages as well as prospecting and educating agents about best practices for working with investors and financing options available. Account Executives at Easy Street Capital will be able to offer real estate agents best-in-class loans and partnership opportunities, including referral fee agreements, co-marketing for listings and open houses and business development and social media support. The role will entail
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Maintain strong relationships with real estate agent referral partners through exceptional communication and responsiveness in regards to quoting new deals, answering questions and proactively providing updates on deal statuses and programs.
- Represent Easy Street Capital at industry conferences, meetups and digital platforms with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Serve as a liaison between real estate agent referral partners and borrowers and the operations team and internal management. Proactively set expectations and communicate effectively to ensure speedy successful closes and repeat business.
- Work with, help oversee and train junior team members (BDRs) and provide on the ground feedback and suggestions to the marketing team.
- Daily updating and input in the company CRM, logging all contacts and quoted deals, maintaining up-to-date information
Skills Desired/Required
- Experience in a Real Estate Sales role (i.e. Mortgage Broker, Real Estate Agent, Leasing, etc.) particularly investment real estate highly preferred
- Adept at social media marketing and networking, particularly on video-based platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and Youtube highly preferred
- Extensive network and ability to build relationships and contacts (i.e. “people person”) with real estate agents and potential investors required, interest and talent to invest significant time into building book of business through open houses, networking events, social events and more.
- Demonstrated interest in real estate and Real Estate Investing Concepts and willingness to learn
- HubSpot or Comparable CRM Software Experience (preferred)
- Driven and Confident, Strong Desire to succeed and hit high origination targets
