Responsibilities

    • Professionally represent Easy Street Capital in both verbal and written communications  
    • Reach out to prospective borrowers and leads to earn their business  
    • Generate and prospect your own business (speak at industry events, host meetups/seminars to build your book of business and promote the Easy Street Capital brand)
    • Generate and close sales quotas on a monthly basis  
    • Provide feedback to marketing team to optimize strategies across various marketing activities; online ads, social media, email campaigns, events, etc.  
    • Establish and maintain relationships with borrowers with a long-term perspective

Skills Desired

    • HubSpot or comparable CRM software experience (preferred)  
    • Investment real estate experience (preferred)  
    • Basic Microsoft Office knowledge  
    • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)  
    • Confidence on phone  
    • High level of drive with strong desire to succeed  
    • Ability to handle rejection  
    • Positive attitude with a “team player” mentality  
    • Self-starter who can identify areas of opportunity without direction  
    • Entrepreneurial mindset

    • Strong organizational skills
