Job description:
We are looking for a highly organized and driven individual to assist the premier private lender in Texas. You’ll get to work with a fun, fast-paced team in Nashville, TN!
Responsibilities will be focused on assisting with managing a large portfolio of loans. Daily tasks include directing calls, data entry, inbox management, interest collection, insurance compliance, loan extensions and payoffs, servicing transfers, etc. Accomplish tasks efficiently and in a timely manner while adding value to the Easy Street Capital Servicing and Asset Management department.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct calls to the team accordingly. Take messages and ensure they get to the proper channel
- Manage designated Servicing inboxes providing quick response time
- Daily data entry to guarantee CRM and LOS maintain accurate information
- Monitor payment returns and resolve ACH issues. Schedule/reprocess payments via servicer and/or company bank
- Assist team with borrower outreach for high-risk loans that include delinquency, slow draws and maturity
- Perform “Welcome Calls” for newly funded loans – confirm contact and ACH information as well as advise on the post-close process
- Review qualifications for loan extensions and work with borrowers to meet outstanding conditions – ensure documents are digitally filed accordingly
- Prepare and facilitate loan extension agreements with borrowers to obtain e-signatures
- Review incoming renewed insurance policies and provide to sub-servicers
- Actively collaborate with the team to improve current processes and productivity
