Responsibilities will be focused on creating, developing, and leading an all-encompassing marketing and sales platform. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to take the next step in their career and lead a marketing department. The person in this role will have the ability to create a cohesive marketing strategy in the way they see fit and will have the autonomy to put their thumbprint on one of the leading companies in a quickly growing industry.
- Collaborate with ownership to develop and implement goal-oriented campaigns - email, social media, PPC, phone etc.
- Manage and create processes in CRM to monitor success of marketing efforts and generate qualitative reporting.
- Manage and produce online content for website, blog, and manage overall digital presence to maximize SEO and conversion rates.
- Create reporting and metrics to track success of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations to ownership for optimization and expansion.
- Proactively develop Easy Street Capital as the leading brand for private money lending nationally.
