Stachs LLC is a subsidiary of Eaze Technologies and supports the operations of a network of cannabis delivery, manufacturing & distribution facilities.

Financial Operations supports mission-critical efforts in the Procurement & Operations organization by collecting, structuring, & analyzing internal and external financial data. The Financial Analyst position will provide you a rare opportunity to impact a fast-growing, high-potential startup, through engagement across Eaze’s Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, & Finance teams.

As a Financial Analyst on the Financial Operations team you will help manage the ongoing credit relationships Stachs holds with dispensaries, creditors & suppliers by managing financial data and developing reports. You will primarily be working to improve the efficiency of the Procure to Pay cycle - reporting on purchase order, inventory, accounts receivable and accounts payable data. As an example, you would regularly report on supplier concentration as an opportunity to reduce supply chain risk. You will be an integral part of executing Stachs’ strategic goals and will have regular exposure to Stach’s President, SVP of Operations & VP of Finance - with opportunities for advancement across the organization. This role requires a mix of business acumen, financial modeling, and relationship management.

What you’ll be doing:
-Gather & analyze financial data from external & internal parties
-Prepare credit risk analysis based on accounts payable & accounts receivable data 
-Regularly check-in with Stachs’ suppliers to verify the financial health of the relationship and respond to requests for reporting
-Create processes to improve financial transparency throughout the supply chainSupport M&A & business development efforts through one-off diligence requests

What you bring:
-1+ years work experience in a relevant field with demonstrated cross-functional and collaborative project management experience, and a track record of leveraging data for business impact.
-This is a great opportunity for those with experience in Financial Operations, Accounting, Banking, Corporate Strategy, or similar roles.
-Intermediate to advanced Excel skills including knowledge of formulas (VLookup, Index/Match, Len, Find), Pivot table reporting, data cleanliness tools, and formatting commands
-Basic understanding of the terminology & sequencing of the Procure to Pay cycle (ex: Purchase Order Date, Invoice Date, Delivery Date, Sales Order, Net Terms, Invoice Aging, etc)
-Able to communicate with both technical (data analysts) and non-technical team members (sales representatives)
