Emsi is hiring a results-driven Account Manager who is passionate about customer service, and will maximize customer success with our products. The position requires striving to know the customer at every level of the organization (from the decision makers to the researchers) and ensure they are equipped with the knowledge, data and tools they need to form and execute a vision for their organization.

Job Responsibilities

    • Negotiate, document and invoice renewals with clients
    • Coordinate the implementation of new Analyst and Career Coach subscriptions
    • Make meaningful contact quarterly (minimum) with every client
    • Schedule a minimum of 6 strategic location trips to meet with clients at their organization (e.g. travel to Phoenix and meet with all 10 EMSI clients in the area)
    • Establish client specific goals for every client
    • Report metrics to VP of Client Services

Specific Qualifications

    • Sales experience strongly preferred
    • Bachelor’s degree highly desired
    • Strong ability to initiate, establish, and nurture meaningful business relationships
    • Ability to maintain a high level of activity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively in a competitive, results-driven culture
    • Ability to positively adapt to change in a highly dynamic work environment
    • Experience working on a performance based compensation structure highly desired
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation, and time management skills
    • Highly proficient in using the internet and all MS Office programs, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Strong qualitative and quantitative analysis skills
