Your day at VAES:

1- Show up on time every morning, with an organized plan for who you’re prospecting/following up with that day.
2-Respond to any replies, messages, and leads that have come in overnight to get demos booked.
3- Conduct research with the Creative Team and reach out to target accounts and prospects.
4-Review the performance/metrics of your work to identify areas of improvement.
5-Share creative ideas with the team on how to drive better outcomes.
6-Spend the time to understand the product 1% better every single day.
7-Reach out for feedback and help whenever you need it.
8-Celebrate the wins as a team every day, big or small.

You'll have the opportunity to work side-by-side with our co-founders to grow the business strategically. Here's what you'll be doing:

    • Business Development:
    • Collaborate with our co-founders to spot opportunities, devise strategies, and execute plans that'll propel us to the of business growth.
    • Create a strategic plan, crunch numbers for prospect analyses, and contribute to make those tough bid/no-bid decisions that keep us on the path to scale.
    • Manage clients professionally. Build relationships, learn their needs, and understand their limitations by identifying their technical necessities and engineering needs.
    • Work directly with research associates to identify opportunities for product amplifications and growth, potential partners, clients & investors.

    • Client Relationship and Management:
    • Ensure that our dashboard serves as the pivotal gateway connecting clients with the magic of VAES.ai technology and our expert engineers. Oversee and cultivate all production endeavors, includes proposals, qualification documents, presentations, and other essential sales and marketing materials.
    • Attending client meetings as an ambassador of our platform, ensuring that deployment is smooth, and features align with client expectations / needs.
    • Be liaising between clients and internal teams, and problem solving with the power of persuasion.

    • Production, case studies and Marketing:
    • Develop processes, procedures, and standards for preparing, producing, and tracking marketing documents and presentations, maintaining consistency with VAES standards.
    • Build databases that can be easily used to produce proposals and marketing materials when the need arises.
    • Supervise & enhance production activities, from crafting proposals to polishing presentations, ensuring they are compelling.
    • Work with creative team to turn client stories & impact reports.

    • Technology Roadmap:
    • Work together with cross-functional team members to set up a board with a list of priorities for features and improvements that will keep our platform competitive.
    • Create a technology roadmap, charting a course that aligns with market trends, client feedback, and strategic objectives.

Qualifications:

    • A bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
    • 5- 7 hands-on experience in the field of engineering and technology respectively.
    • A proven record in winning customers, speaking their language, understanding their needs, and guiding the team to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
    • Effective communication of technical concepts in engaging narratives and interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Demonstrated leadership abilities, based on a collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving and deep experience with project management tools and methodologies.
    • A nimbleness to embark on travel depending on clients & market. This could become a big part of the job
