What You’ll Do

As a People Partner, you’ll play a crucial role in driving our people operations with a 50% focus on Technical Recruitment and 50% focus on People Reporting & Analytics:

âś… Technical Recruitment (50%)
Own the full-cycle recruitment process for Technical Roles (e.g., Structural Engineering, HR, Admin, BIM, Geotechnical, IT, Finance).
Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create engaging job descriptions.
Source, screen, and interview top technical talent.
Coordinate the interview process and manage stakeholders to ensure a smooth experience.
Review and prepare offers, ensuring alignment with company policies and market trends.
Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract and retain the best talent.
âś… People Reporting & Analytics (50%)
Design and analyze people data to provide insights that support decision-making.
Generate regular reports on key metrics (e.g., headcount, turnover, recruitment pipeline, performance trends).
Present actionable data to leaders and contribute to refining people strategies.
Apply data-driven insights to advise managers and teams, fostering transparency and improvement.
âś… Collaboration and Growth
Partner with managers to advise on performance reviews, early onboarding, and learning & development initiatives.
Contribute to continuous improvement of HR policies and processes.
Engage actively with the team to build a culture of trust, accountability, and innovation.

Who You Are

    • 5-7 years of experience in HR, with a focus on technical recruitment and HR analytics/reporting.
    • Proven track record of owning end-to-end recruitment for technical roles.
    • Strong analytical mindset and experience with people data/reporting tools.
    • Ability to build relationships and advise managers effectively.
    • Working knowledge of HR compliance and policies.
