You are an open-minded, curious, and strategic Human Resource Business Partner interested in learning and thriving in a dynamic environment and cultivating relationships across teams. In this role, you will partner with Managers to support our Talent through their Ecosystem journey while contributing to opportunities to deliver maximum value to the business. Your creative approach to challenges, your curiosity, and your great judgement will all be influential in driving change and supporting our growth objectives.  

Your day to day will be an efficient mix of delivering projects while connecting frequently with employees and managers as needed. You will develop a close relationship with Regional Managers to drive local initiatives. 

What you will do...

    • Partner with managers on organizational design, team dynamics, resource management, succession planning, and employee engagement. 
    • Support employees and managers on career progression, plan development, and opportunities for learning and growth. 
    • Act as a change agent to further enhance our culture that is externally focused, empowered, involves “smart” risk taking and accountability. 
    • Provide day-to-day performance management, policy guidance, and management of employee relations issues.  
    • Deploy US total rewards strategy, manage annual benefit renewals, and collaborate in the yearly compensation cycle.  
    • Work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners throughout the recruitment process by supporting the team with building job descriptions, employment offers, and other key steps. 
    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.  
    • Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies, such as evaluating and adapting our health insurance policy, based on employee feedback and usage trends. 

Your profile...

    • 10+ years of demonstrated experience in a Human Resources Business partner role. Experience working with professional services (engineers, lawyers, accountants) or B2B sector is an asset.  
    • Strong knowledge of US based global compensation and benefits for a company of more than 50 employees in multiple geographies. 
    • Experience learning and thriving in a constantly changing environment and cultivating relationships across teams. 
    • Good analytical skills, experience using data to identify insights that drive action. 
    • Strong communication skills in English.
