Alfa Energy Group (an Edison Energy company) is an international energy consultancy based in London, with offices in Frankfurt, and Sarajevo. We build business energy strategies for clients and keep them running. Our mission is to help clients find suitable energy and water supplies, and we guide them towards the best use of them.
The successful candidate will coordinate multiple projects within the set time frame, develop project plans, and ensure effective communication between project stakeholders and team members.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute projects according to defined timelines and budget constraints.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Manage project resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment.
- Monitor project progress and ensure that all milestones are met.
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and project budgets.
- Ensure effective communication between project stakeholders and team members.
- Facilitate project meetings and provide regular project updates.
- Manage project scope and change requests.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts as necessary.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
Key Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an IT environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex IT projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage project budgets and resources effectively.
- Experience with project management software tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience with software development projects.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
