This is an office-based role, working as a part of the growing team, you would be providing support services and ongoing care to our existing large and multi-site clients. The company provides ongoing professional growth and friendly environment for the right candidate. Ongoing training and full support is available from the entire management team as well as from other team members.

Responsibilities:

    • Providing a high level of customer service to key clients of the business by managing enquiries related to gas and electricity. Customer enquiries can relate to:
    • Liaising with UK energy suppliers to retrieve pricing and analyse fixed price procurement,
    • Managing the onboarding and offboarding of client’s meters (Change of tenancies), ensuring a smooth transfer to the portfolio and resolving any objections,
    • Maintaining and sustaining relationships with energy suppliers and clients, attending meetings, conference calls and implementing any action points that arise,
    • Managing value added services such as metering and new connections,
    • Provide portfolio reporting for clients and management,
    • Adhering to KPIs set out by the client to ensure a high level of customer service is delivered,
    • Regularly collaborating with team members and departments to ensure maximum efficiency
    • and optimal client experience

Key Skills and Experience:

    • Minimum one-year experience in the energy industry – Essential
    • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel – Essential
    • Good numeric skills with an eye for detail and accuracy – Essential
    • Experience in business-to-business customer service – Essential
    • Excellent both written and verbal communication skills – Essential
    • Exceptional organisational skills – Essential
    • Project management – Desirable
    • Track record of managing fixed price procurement– Desirable
