Senior Stylist
As a Senior Stylist, you will be responsible for developing, styling and managing and maintaining wardrobes and portfolios for our most valuable clients to ensure our company client satisfaction, engagement and retention targets are exceeded. You will report to the Director of Styling and work closely with all members of the Styling Team, as well as Operations, and Client Support. In this role, you will onboard new clients: from their personal interview to owning and managing closet edits, to delivering personalized recommendations and outfits specific to their monthly fashion needs within the app. You will engage regularly with your clients ensuring a seamless, exceptional luxury experience. The Stylist effectively owns and executes the Stylist/Client relationship to ensure the company’s success.
Your Responsibilities
- Support Editorialist in their growth of their Private Client Membership program by being the lead Stylist with these clients. In doing this, you will first train on all of our tools, then be prepared to take on clients on your own following our process (styling intake in the first month followed by consistent work for our membership clients). Success for our clients means their style goals are understood by our stylist and a white glove experience by our Ops/CX teams. We measure our stylist success by loyalty of their clients, engagement, revenue per client and client satisfaction/retention.
- Onboard your own VIP Clients to the Editorialist Private Client Program as well as work with existing clients on their program
- Perform in-home visits for initial program onboarding, subsequent everyday/event styling needs and seasonal wardrobe updates
- Maintain and manage weekly and/or monthly client workflow– personalized recommendations, outfit creations, sourcing requests, etc, based on client profiles and preferences
- Communicate consistently with clients via Editorialist’s appt to establish and maintain excellent relationships and to encourage engagement Oversee closet EditsCreate and maintain client wardrobe gap analysis and diagnosis
- Work closely with your manager to own individual monthly, quarterly and annual goals, planning activities, tracking results against expectations on a weekly and monthly basis, and identifying new business opportunities
- Continuous improvement focus on client experiences, processes, services and delivery
- Take initiative on new client-focused projects as assigned.
- Be a fashion authority within the company and share this expertise through partnering with our Edit, Social, Partnerships and Branded Content Teams in various ways (content, etc)
More About You
- Five + years experience working with high profile clients in the luxury fashion industry is essential, combined with a capability to develop strategies and action plans
- Three years personal styling experience with an established
- VIP clientele managing your own book of business with proven ability to exceed targets and the drive and motivation to sustain this
- Deep knowledge of current, international fashion trends, designers and products across multiple categories including men’s, women’s, fine jewelry and watches
- Previous experience productively self managing, working independently in a high paced environmentUndergraduate college degree requiredStrong computer literacy and understanding of digital world.
- Ability to travel
