We’re looking for our next Technical Motion Grapher focused on Automation and AI to join the Video Production Team in Chile. And just who are we? About the job

    • Task Automation and Workflows: You will automate complex workflows across various platforms, using automation and AI tools such as Templater, Zapier, Google Lab, etc. 
    • Scripting: You will develop and execute scripts in After Effects, using JavaScript to automate tasks and enhance workflows for animation and motion graphics. 
    • Animation: You will create and manipulate expressions in After Effects to dynamically control animations and effects.
    • AI: You will test & implement AI solutions to create educational video lessons, using platforms like Open AI, Eleven Labs, among others.

    • Scripting/programming for Workflow Automation: Leverage your JavaScript skills to develop and implement workflow automation scripts in After Effects. These scripts will streamline repetitive tasks and optimize production processes. Your goal is to create efficient solutions that enhance the team’s productivity and reduce manual effort.
    • Implementing AI Solutions for Educational Videos: You'll research, test, and implement AI solutions to enhance educational video creation. Continuously iterate on solutions based on insights gained through testing and learning processes.
    • Continuous Learning and Improvement: Stay updated with advancements in automation, scripting, and AI relevant to video production. 
    • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and ensure alignment with the video production team's objectives. 
    • Take ownership of creative challenges from brief to delivery, including presenting ideas internally.
    • Be a project guardian and maintain focus on objectives.

About you

    • Background in audiovisual or artistic careers, such as Animation, Audiovisual Arts, Cinema, or a related field.
    • 5+ years experience as a Motion Graphics Designer. Your portfolio shows experience across different animation projects.
    • Proficiency using After Effects or After Effects expressions. 
    • JavaScript proficiency. 
    • Knowledge of Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
    • Advanced oral and written skills in English so you can successfully communicate with the international team.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams.

Bonus Skills

    • Hands-on experience on automation and AI Tools, such as: Midjourney, ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, Eleven Labs, Pika Labs, RunwayML, Zapier, ChatGPT, OpenAI, among others.
    • Knowledge of other programming languages.
