We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and proactive Business Analyst - Executive Support to join our dynamic team. You will work at the heart of the organization, providing direct support to our CEO, Jane Swift, and contributing to the effectiveness of the entire executive team. Executive Support for the CEO
- Manage and meticulously maintain the CEO’s complex calendar, prioritizing and scheduling a high volume of internal and external meetings and speaking engagements.
- Coordinate all aspects of domestic travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itinerary creation.
- Prepare the CEO for all meetings and events by compiling briefing materials, developing agendas, and ensuring all necessary information is readily available.
- Process and submit expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.
Executive Team & Culture Support
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Growth Officer as needed.
- Assist the Chief of Staff with projects and initiatives that support the broader Executive Team and strengthen organizational culture.
- Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person team meetings and events.
Student Recruitment Support
- Source and interview student candidates for seasonal positions.
- Help roll out our campus recruitment strategy at colleges and universities in the area.
- Use social media and job boards to find candidates for our open positions.
- Keep track of candidate interactions and progress in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Help coordinate the new hire credentialing process.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate professionally and effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- A proactive and resourceful problem-solver who can anticipate needs and work independently.
- High level of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel) and a willingness to learn about new technologies.
- A genuine passion for education and workforce development.
$45,000 - $65,000 a year
