Sales Support & Strategy
- Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying leads through market research and analysis.
- Develop sales presentations and proposals tailored to specific client needs.
- Support the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Assist in maintaining and updating CRM systems with accurate sales data.
Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Create compelling and engaging content for various social media platforms.
- Manage social media campaigns and monitor performance, providing regular reports on key metrics.
- Identify and engage with key influencers and potential clients on social media.
- Stay up to date on social media trends and best practices.
- Conduct social listening to understand trends and customer sentiment.
Market & Competitive Analysis
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
- Analyze customer demographics, behavior, and preferences to inform marketing strategies.
- Provide insights into market segmentation and target audience identification.
Growth Strategy Support
- Collaborate with the growth team to identify and evaluate new business opportunities.
- Analyze data to support the development of growth strategies and initiatives.
- Provide insights into customer acquisition and retention.
Business Requirements & Communication
- Elicit, document, and manage business requirements for revenue, growth, and marketing initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, translating concepts into clear and concise language.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and drive consensus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Experience in a sales support, marketing, or social media role - internship experience meets this requirement.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools.
- Ability to create engaging social media content.
- Strong understanding of market research and competitive analysis.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with CRM platforms is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with social media analytics tools.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and content creation.
- Experience in the outsourcing or student employment sector is a plus.
$45,000 - $65,000 a year
