Role Mission
Design, execute, and optimize acquisition and conversion strategies that drive EFY’s growth through paid campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok, as well as the follow-up of B2B leads in coordination with the sales team. Integrate data and advanced analytics to generate actionable insights, maximizing the return on marketing investment and contributing to the achievement of the company’s commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

    • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
    • Follow up and manage the B2B leads pipeline with the sales team.
    • Build and analyze dashboards to track CAC, LTV, ROI, and conversion rates.
    • Execute growth experiments and A/B tests to optimize performance.
    • Align with Product, Sales, and Marketing to support commercial objectives.
    • Ensure compliance and approvals with Legal and Compliance teams.

Technical Requirements and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or related fields.
    • 3+ years of experience in marketing roles related to growth or performance.
    • Knowledge of growth hacking, UX principles, and paid media platforms.
    • Advanced English communication skills (B2).
    • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have

    • Certifications or specialized courses in ads platforms or growth.
    • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce).
    • Exposure to fintech, crypto, or SaaS industries.

    • Effective Communication: Express ideas clearly and adapt to different audiences. (Active listening, clear and precise language, adapting the message to the audience, constructive feedback).
    • Data Mindset: Solve problems through experimentation and data-driven strategies. (Formulate and validate hypotheses, interpret KPIs, make evidence-based decisions, propose improvements from analysis).
    • Problem Solving : Identify challenges and propose creative solutions. (Root cause analysis, evaluate alternatives, implement viable solutions, measure and adjust).
    • Adaptability: Adjust to changes in priorities and requirements. (Flexibility, quick learning of new tools, adjust strategies under unexpected changes, manage uncertainty calmly).
    • Time Management: Organize and meet deadlines across multiple projects. (Task prioritization, realistic time estimates, meet deliverables, avoid procrastination, use planning tools).
