Job Responsibilities:
• Analyse business requirements, and translate those requirements into customized solutions using the Salesforce platform
• Implement Salesforce solutions that adhere to platform best practices and perform peer code reviews. Typical Salesforce implementations include custom platform development (Apex, Lightning Components, Apps, Mobile, and Custom front ends, etc.), integrations with other systems (often through the use of middleware tools), and complex data migrations.
• Implementing integrations and Automations using Mulesoft following best practices.
• Customize solutions adhering to the Salesforce Governor Limits.
• Design steps and modules, define timelines, identify and resolve issues
• Testing the stability and functionality of the application
• Troubleshooting and fixing bugs
• Design and Develop custom objects, components, triggers, flows and pages
• Familiarity with the Agentforce features.
• Good to have experience in building, configuring, and deploying AI-driven solutions to enhance customer engagement, automate processes, and improve user experiences.
• Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software
Preferred Credentials:
- Salesforce Agentforce Specialist
- Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification
- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification
- Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Salesforce Integration Architect (Good to have)
- Salesforce Sharing and Visibility Architect (Good to have)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- 7+ years of experience with application and software development on Salesforce
- Experience in developing customer-facing interfaces
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms with experience of working on Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
- Good to have experience working on Salesforce Industry Clouds.
- Good knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Integrations.
- Proficient in SOQL, Apex, Flows, JavaScript, Native, and Visual Force.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to solve high-level software and application issues.
- Good understanding of SFDC, SCRUM, and Salesforce Project Execution process.
- Active in Salesforce Communities and have an interest in Upskilling.
