As a Service Designer at Einride, you will not only apply your expertise in designing exceptional services and user experiences but also have a unique opportunity to shape how the service design competence is built and integrated within our organization. This role offers the chance to be at the forefront of establishing service design practices and methodologies that will have a lasting impact on Einride and Freight Mobility at large.

What you'll do:

    • Lead and conduct user research to uncover insights, behaviors, and needs.
    • Ideate, prototype, and iterate new service concepts and solutions.
    • Organize and facilitate workshops and co-design sessions with stakeholders and users.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align services with user needs and business objectives.
    • Develop service blueprints, journey maps, and user personas to guide design decisions.
    • Assess service performance and recommend enhancements.
    • Champion service design best practices and a user-centered design approach across Einride.
    • Play a pivotal role in shaping the service design competence at Einride, influencing how service design methodologies are adopted and practiced.

What we're looking for:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Service Design, UX Design, Interaction Design, or related fields.
    • Proven experience of working with a complex service offering, leading projects within value streams.
    • A strong portfolio to showcase your work.
    • Expertise in design and prototyping tools.
    • Exceptional facilitation, collaboration, and communication skills.
    • Adaptive to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
    • Experience with B2B SaaS.
