In 2022, we were the first to successfully operate such a vehicle on a US public road. Today our award-winning technology has been launched across 8 countries (and counting). Our clients are some of the world’s biggest shippers, including Fortune 500 companies.
As HR Business Partner for Autonomous Technologies you’ll get the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and through both strategy and operational work contribute to the organization. The role is based in Gothenburg and will be part of the Business Unit management team.
What you'll do:
- Partner with business leaders at a strategic and operational level within all aspects of HR and drive the people agenda within Autonomous Technologies
- Coach and challenge leaders to build and strengthen their leadership capabilities
- Together with the HR team create scalable processes to support and enable growth and organizational performance
- Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
- Ownership for health and safety for the entire Einride company
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to secure, develop and retain talent
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of experience working in a similar role
- A proven track record of advising, challenging, coaching and supporting leaders on people-related issues and processes through the full People life cycle
- Exceptional experience within health and safety
- Deep knowledge and experience within labor law in Sweden
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Bachelor's or equivalent, ideally in Human Resources or other related field
