The Clinical Product Manager is responsible for the planning and execution for our Enterprise and SMB products, specifically for the Cardiac and Pulmonary exam experience. This is throughout the product lifecycle including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

As Senior Product Manager at Eko, You Will:

    • Translate business strategy into product strategy
    • Own the product roadmap
    • Deliver requirements documents with objectives and prioritized features
    • Define KPIs and metrics to measure success of your features
    • Plan and carry out product launches
    • Provide insight to stakeholders on the product and market
    • Provide product marketing with insights on key differentiators and messages
    • Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues
    • Visit customers to understand their uses cases, ROI scenarios, and pain points
    • Work with Sales to get their input on product value proposition
    • Work with Clinical to get their input on product usability
    • Work with the Regulatory team to document compliance
    • Support beta and pilot programs

As Senior Product Manager at Eko, You Have:

    • 5+ years of industry experience as a Product Manager, ideally in Digital Health
    • A proven history of shipping products and knowledge of how to measure success
    • Strong interpersonal skills- collaboration, teamwork, and communication

As a Senior Product Manager , We Would Appreciate If You Have:

    • Prior experience working with FDA-regulated software
    • Clinical experience as an MD, nurse, or EMT
    • Experience with clinical or hospital environments, EHR
    • Previous startup experience

$160,000 - $200,000 a year
