ELEKS Customer Support Office is looking for Integration Engineer (Customer Support L3).

Our customer is a technology software and consulting company. Customer services are used by some of the largest insurance companies worldwide, which benefit from the market disruption ground-breaking capabilities it gives them. Customer headquarters is in the City of London, with offices in Paris, Brussels, and the USA. The project is a technology platform that helps non-life and life insurers across their modelling platforms, including capital, pricing, reserving, life cashflow modelling, economic evaluation, risk and data cleaning.


    • 5+ years of experience in Integration
    • Development experience in a CI/CD workflow
    • Experience with Git
    • Experience with one of: Python, C# (reading/writing code)
    • Knowledge of SQL
    • Experience with Azure (or other clouds)
    • Experience with support of already existing software systems
    • Experience in communications with customer or support work
    • Upper-Intermediate English (written and spoken)


    • Data integration: apply learned practices in integration involving separate data sources, both third-party and proprietary, to create an integration ruleset and achieve the end goal according to a specification
    • Provide analysis of client needs and implementation recommendations
    • Create business requirements to design new business processes and integrations to deliver the solution
    • Based on their experience, make a risk assessment for various integration options for the limited range of situations
    • Approve technical requirements for integration with stakeholders. Analyze variants of integration requirements implementation; evaluate their time consumption and workload and choose the best option
    • Conduct data management and data mapping workshops related to the proposed solution
    • Ensure that changes to the integrations do not conflict with the technical and business requirements of the client’s existing data flow, systems, and environments
    • Implement manual and automated integration and end-to-end functional testing
    • Conduct a demo of a draft and final solution to a customer. Ensure acceptance of the work by the customer
    • Conduct knowledge sharing for junior staff
    • Create and update documentation and instructions on implemented integrations
