ELEKS is looking for a talented and proactive Pre-sale Architect/Software Architect to join our team in Paris.
The specialist will take part in pre-sales activities and consulting engagements.
REQUIREMENTS
- Solid experience in software development
- 5 years of higher education (engineering school, university or equivalent) in IT
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud computing technologies
- Understanding of pre-sales engagement, consulting, and project support processes and activities
- Proficiency in presenting technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Demonstrated focus on achieving results
- Knowledge of the French IT market and familiarity with local regulations and compliance standards
- Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams
- Possession of one or more clouds and architecture certifications would be a plus
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, presentations, and industry events
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage with potential clients to understand their technical requirements and challenges
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop technical solutions and proposals tailored to client needs
- Provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process, including responding to technical inquiries and addressing concerns
- Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, such as proposals, quotes, and statements of work
- Participate in meetings with clients to discuss technical aspects of proposed solutions and address any technical questions or concerns
- Work closely with the product development team to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technology advancements, and competitor products to maintain a competitive edge
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product management, to ensure alignment on technical messaging and strategy
