ELEKS Product Design Office is looking for a Senior Experience Designer in USA.

REQUIREMENTS

    • Over 5 years of expertise in UX, CX, service design, or a related discipline
    • In-depth understanding of design thinking methodologies and human-centered design principles
    • Proficient in Figma, Miro, Sketch, Mural, and various prototyping tools
    • Hands-on experience with journey mapping, service blueprints, and interaction modeling
    • Familiarity with customer experience metrics such as NPS, CSAT, and CES, and their practical applications
    • Strong knowledge of accessibility standards, including WCAG, ADA, and EN 301 549
    • Ability to work with design systems and component-based UI frameworks
    • Basic grasp of HTML, CSS, and front-end development constraints
    • Experience in Agile environments, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
    • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to uncover pain points and improvement opportunities
    • Develop and refine customer journeys, service blueprints, and workflows to enhance user engagement
    • Synthesize insights from multiple research sources—user studies, market research, usability analysis, and data analytics—into actionable recommendations
    • Lead product design and discovery phases, facilitating research, workshops, and concept validation
    • Define user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes based on research-driven best practices
    • Utilize design systems to create high-fidelity UI mockups aligned with brand guidelines
    • Validate design solutions through A/B testing, usability testing, and iterative feedback loops
    • Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG and others) to promote inclusive design
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to align experience design strategies with business goals
    • Facilitate collaborative workshops with stakeholders to ideate, co-create, and refine customer experience solutions
    • Champion human-centered design and advocate for a customer-first approach across the organization
