The Role: 
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, data-driven junior performance marketer who’s hungry to learn and make an impact. 

The Growth Marketing team at Elevate is a lean, agile, and high-impact team driving ambitious company growth goals. Over the last couple of years, we scaled Elevate and Balance to over 50M downloads. You will execute various marketing operation tasks to take our apps’ growth to the next level. 

The ideal candidate has a strong desire to learn and thrives on constructive feedback. 

This is a fully remote position based anywhere in North or South America to ensure sufficient overlapping work hours with our current team.

How You'll Make an Impact Here:

    • You'll set up, optimize, and manage performance marketing campaigns (Facebook/Google UAC/Twitter/TikTok, etc) on a daily basis
    • You'll analyze and report on campaign performance, growth KPIs, market trends, ad creative, and copy testing results
    • You'll liaise with our marketing designer and project manage the creatives pipeline
    • You'll monitor ad performance closely, including budget/spend trends, CPA fluctuations, and ad engagements (likes, comments, shares)
    • You'll interact with internal and external teams on ad copy and participate in creative brainstorming


    • 1-2 years of experience working at an agency, brand, or startup
    • Experience running growth/performance marketing campaigns on one of the following platforms: Facebook, Google Ads, Twitter, TikTok ads manager
    • Know your way around data using Google sheets, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs  
    • Understanding of user acquisition funnels and digital marketing KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS)
    • Startup mentality - comfortable wearing multiple hats, willing to learn, and always hungry for more ownership and feedback
    • Go-getter and master researcher - proactively look for answers before asking for help
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Passion for digital marketing, data analysis, and creatives


    • Quantitative or Business/Marketing education
    • Passion for education, mental fitness, and/or mobile apps
