We are currently looking for a motivated, collaborative, and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic, high-growth company. Reporting to the Sales Director, UK&I, this position will be located in central London and will focus on growing our portfolio of skincare brands across the UK retailer base. Candidates must be willing and able to travel within the assigned region.

This position will be responsible for achieving and exceeding brand objectives and sales goals on both e.l.f. SKIN and Naturium brands across key accounts. Candidates need a clear understanding of the dynamics of assigned accounts and local market specifics to help set the overall account strategy and priorities (assortment, merchandising, tailored trade plan, marketing calendars, etc). Candidates need to have strong sales, influence and collaboration skills and the ability to develop and execute long term sales plans and relationships across a diverse set of stakeholders. They will manage various parts of the P&L like sales revenue, trade margins and A&P among others and will be responsible for the monthly and annual forecast planning. Candidates must be comfortable with using complex data sources to report on and understand the business health and identifying business building opportunities that enable business acceleration.
 
The ideal candidate is someone who embraces e.l.f.’s dynamic culture of executing with speed and quality to drive solutions. They need to have strong relationship-building skills, strong business acumen and financial ability. They need to be a self-starter with at least 3 years of relevant sales experience in the Beauty industry, ideally with experience within the skincare category. Strong planning and activation skills and the ability to think strategically and tactically are also necessary in this role as they will be asked to create and manage trade plans and customer fixture and merchandising vehicles with our internal creative team and 3rd party vendors. The ideal hire will be someone with demonstrable skills working effectively with internal and external cross-functional partners while thriving in an entrepreneurial environment comfortable with collaboration across all parts of the business.

This position is located in our London office where we operate a hybrid working model of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote working.

Responsibilities
·        Achieve and exceed brand objectives and sales goals
·        A clear understanding of dynamics of assigned accounts and local market specifics to help set overall account strategy and priorities (assortment, merchandising, tailored trade marketing calendar)
·        Identify and execute business-building initiatives to grow market shares, rankings, and profitability
·        Ensure a strong visual presence in-store and on retailer.com
·        Forecast ability on a monthly basis as well as provide feedback on over and/or under-delivery of goals
·        Assortment and Planogram work
·        Manage various P&L (sales revenue, trade margins, A&P)
·        Strong sales, influence, and collaboration skills
·        Monitor and report on competitive brand launches and events

Requirements
·        Based in the UK within an easy commuting distance to central London
·        BA or BSc required
·        Minimum 3 years of experience working in Sales within the Beauty Industry, experience within the skincare category strongly preferred.
