Job Summary
As the Supply Planning Intern (e.l.f.tern) at e.l.f. Beauty, you’ll play a critical support role within the Supply Chain team. You’ll work closely with our supply planners to assist in inventory management, report generation, and cross-functional coordination with teams like Sales, Product Innovation, Demand Planning, and Operations Management. This internship offers a strong foundation in supply chain operations, with hands-on experience using SAP and exposure to real-world planning processes and strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and updating MRP fields in SAP based on planner needs to ensure accurate material requirements planning.
- Build and maintain reports that support communication and alignment across Supply Planning, Sales, Demand Planning, Order Management, and Customer Supply Chain.
- Help identify and execute inventory transfers between Distribution Centers to support optimal product availability and inventory rebalancing.
- Analyze supply data and performance to support planners in hitting inventory targets while minimizing overstock or out-of-stock risks.
- Contribute to process improvement projects that streamline planning workflows and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate cross-functionally on key initiatives and planning cycles.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, charts, etc.).
- Experience or exposure to SAP is a strong plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Interest in beauty, retail, or consumer goods industries is a plus.
$20 - $24 an hour
