Position Summary
We are currently looking for someone to work closely with the Account Managers in this customer-focused role, you'll typically perform a variety of tasks, including managing the daily administration of major national accounts, seeking out new contacts, and partnering with existing ones.

Responsibilities
· Liaising with internal teams to resolve customer queries, including any stock shortages, pricing queries, forecasting files, finance, or invoicing questions
· Providing sales reporting and data to the sales leads
·Supporting the sales leads with PO creation and management
· Implement and maintain an efficient documentation/filing system
· Lead the administration of managing retailer and vendor contracts
· Staying up to date with product launches and full ownership of Item and Product Setup Forms with retailers, product copy translations for EU/ ROW markets, managing product image requirements per retailer
· Coordinate the efficient ordering of GWPs, Samples and Product Samples as budgeted
·  Assist with setting up retailer meetings, including booking meeting rooms/venues, ordering catering and room decoration

Requirements
·  Based in the local market the role is location free
·  Fluent in the local language and English
·  Bachelor’s degree in business administration
·  2 or more years’ experience in sales
· Excellent administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills
· Ability to handle rapidly changing priorities with speed
·  Experience with driving alignment, collaboration, and deadlines across larger cross functional teams
· Strong communication and analytical skills
· Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
