Position Summary
The Junior Executive Assistant will play a key role in supporting the Assistant to the Chairman & CEO to ensure seamless operations across the company. This dynamic position involves a wide range of administrative tasks, from managing schedules and travel logistics to processing expense reports, coordinating shipments, and assisting on special projects. Acting as a positive, outgoing representative of the e.l.f. brand, the ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and contribute to the success of both local and international initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a professional representative of the e.l.f. brand by greeting guests and handling inquiries.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate across multiple time zones for international stakeholders.
- Support travel planning and logistics for domestic and international trips, including preparing detailed itineraries.
- Prepare and process expense reports accurately and on time.
- Coordinate shipments of packages and documents to various global locations.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for ad hoc projects and company-wide initiatives.
- Anticipate needs and proactively support the Assistant to the Chairman & CEO in day-to-day operations.

Qualifications
- 2–5 years of work experience, preferably in an office or professional setting.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with internet navigation and research.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; highly detail-oriented.
- Outgoing, friendly, and positive demeanor; adaptable to changing priorities.
- Professional yet approachable written and verbal communication skills.
- High degree of flexibility, resourcefulness, and ability to prioritize effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to interact professionally at all organizational levels.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.


$35 - $40 an hour
