Position Overview
As a Supply Coordinator at e.l.f. Cosmetics, you will be responsible for supporting the supply chain team in maintaining accurate inventory records and smooth operations.  You will work closely with various teams including procurement, logistics, and sales to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing costs.

Responsibilities

    • Support the supply chain team with daily operational tasks and administrative duties
    • Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and shipments
    • Coordinate with warehouse staff regarding incoming and outgoing shipments
    • Creating purchase orders, checking for accuracy, and issuing to vendors
    • Process receiving transactions, ensuring accurate documentation of all incoming inventory
    • Verify receipt quantities against purchase orders and packing slips with careful attention to detail
    • Assist in month-end inventory reconciliations by identifying discrepancies, and supporting resolution efforts
    • Communicate with warehouse and suppliers regarding inventory discrepancies or shipping/receiving issues
    • Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery of products
    • Creating Bill of Material revisions and accurately communicating changes to manufacturers
    • Learn and follow established supply chain procedures and protocols
    • Collaborate with supply chain team members on projects and process improvements
    • Assist in resolving supply chain disruptions
    • Support the development and implementation of supply chain optimization initiatives
    • Prepare regular reports on inventory status, supplier performance, and supply chain metrics

Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
    • 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or related role
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Specifically Excel)
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

    • Previous experience with inventory management or ERP systems
    • Knowledge of cosmetics industry supply chain practices
    • Familiarity with warehouse operations or receiving processes
    • Experience with data entry in a business environment
    • Knowledge of supply chain or logistics terminology
$55,000 - $75,000 a year
