Position Summary
The Senior Manager, DTC Design & Innovation is key to the growth at the heart of the business. This individual will work collaboratively with development, design, CRM, media and more to evolve the DTC ecosystem domestically and abroad to nature and grow our most loyal customer base while also identifying net new areas of opportunity that put us ahead of the pack.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage existing D2C & TikTok Shop activities, merchandising, and PM site upgrades & CRO to deliver best-in-class onsite user experience
- Innovation: discover and deploy game-changing ways for Naturium to create cutting-edge digital experiences that excite, endear, and convert customers into loyalists at home and abroad. Enable Naturium to be the first to move on emerging channels
- Cross-Channel Synergy: manage and expand an ecosystem that meets and exceeds goals while supporting multiple channels - from CRO landing pages for media to ongoing optimizations for our Loyalty Program
- Execution: Bring together development, design, CRM, media and beyond to create an innovative DTC ecosystem that goes beyond the status quo
- Results: balancing a DTC ecosystem that supports the business and exceeds goals while also pushing forward novelty – a bias for being first to a space or concept and acting quickly
Key Requirements:
- 4+ years DTC experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing/communications, or related field of study
- High proficiency with Shopify & ecosystem of apps
- Proficiency with Klaviyo, Attentive, Ordergroove, Smile.io or similar
- Strong project management skills & proficiency with Asana, Wrike, or similar
- Experience launching global DTC sites preferred
- D2C focus for mid size brand(s) preferred
- Beauty/skincare experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail, quality control, and the ability to work with precision
- Able to think outside of the box about what’s new & next & implement
- Highly collaborative, critical thinker with a bias for action
$110,000 - $140,000 a year
