Responsibilities
- Learn, support and participate in the following North America and EU/UK Regulatory functions for e.l.f. Beauty:
- Raw material review
- Formula review
- Copy, claims and digital asset review
- Product registration and notification including cosmetics, SPF and acne products
- WERCSmart registration and SDS review
-US FDA OTC and Health Canada DIN/NPN submissions
- Recyclability and EPR reporting
- Leaping Bunny, PETA, Vegan and EWG certification
- Documenting processes and procedures
- Meets on a weekly basis with Manager and Regulatory Team to provide updates on projects, results achieved, obtain help and direction as needed.
Requirements:
- Highly collaborative. Works well individually and in a team environment to achieve results that move the business forward.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Exhibits strong communication skills, both written and orally.
- Comfortable learning and working with web-based databases and submission portals.
- Excellent computer skills including, Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe and PowerPoint.
- Science curriculum (chemistry, biology, engineering) or related field.
- Must be self-motivated and be capable of multi-tasking.
- Commitment to accuracy, attention to detail and quality of information generated.
$20 - $24 an hour
