Job Description:
e.l.f. Beauty is seeking an experienced Associate Director of eCommerce to join our Digital team. This role will be instrumental in driving global growth and elevating the e.l.f. Cosmetics and e.l.f. SKIN brands across direct-to-consumer (D2C) channels. The ideal candidate will bring strategic leadership, digital expertise, and operational rigor to accelerate D2C performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Revenue Growth & Content Optimization
- Lead and manage global revenue growth across all D2C channels.
- Own and execute the D2C strategy, providing day-to-day leadership.
- Develop a robust digital merchandising strategy, optimizing brand storytelling, educational content, and user journeys.
- Manage the site content process, including product pages, homepage, and landing pages, from concept through execution.
- Collaborate with SEO to drive incremental organic traffic.
- Oversee D2C promotional and content calendars, with a focus on event-based revenue opportunities.
- Partner with e.l.f.'s mobile app and social commerce leads to drive cross-channel purchases.
- Identify opportunities to improve contribution margins and overall channel profitability.

Reporting & Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)
- Provide S&OP and P&L guidance for all D2C channels.
- Collaborate closely with Operations to enhance forecasting accuracy and streamline processes.
- Own campaign performance tracking and lead weekly reporting cadence.

Audience Management
- Partner with Integrated Marketing and Paid Media to identify and convert new customer segments.
- Collaborate with CRM to improve retention and conversion through lifecycle marketing.
- Work with UX and CRM teams to implement personalization strategies and A/B testing.
- Liaise with Customer Service to resolve consumer issues and enhance the digital experience.

Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of eCommerce experience, preferably in consumer-packaged goods or beauty industries.
- Proven ability to drive growth and manage global D2C strategies.
- Strong forecasting skills and experience managing large product assortments.
- Comfortable presenting to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- High energy, adaptable, and effective at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent collaborator with a team-oriented mindset.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to digital planning.
- Proficient with Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Skilled in analytics tools including Excel, Power BI, Tabs Analytics, and Google Analytics (GA4).
- Highly detail-oriented and process-focused.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
$135,000 - $145,000 a year
