Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Director, Integrated Marketing Communications to lead high-impact, client-facing initiatives. This role will oversee immersive brand experiences, strategic partnerships, and cross-functional alignment, driving engagement and business growth in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate is a master relationship builder with a deep understanding of experiential marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage executive stakeholders and complex activations with confidence and diplomacy.

Responsibilities:

Experiential Strategy & Execution:
- Lead the development and execution of high-profile events, activations, and brand experiences that align with business goals. Manage agency and brand partners to deliver immersive, interactive experiences.

Partnership Development & Management:
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key external partners, clients, and industry leaders. Negotiate agreements and oversee long-term partnership deliverables.

Executive & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, ensuring effective communication and alignment across all stakeholder groups.

Team Leadership & Development:
- Guide and support a team of marketers, promoting growth, collaboration, and ongoing development.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner closely with Creative, Brand, Corporate Communications, Integrated Marketing, and Digital teams to ensure cohesive and integrated storytelling across touchpoints.

Budget & Performance Management:
- Manage budgets, analyze ROI, and track performance metrics to optimize marketing investments.

Crisis & Issue Management:
- Proactively address challenges with strategic problem-solving and agility to ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in experiential marketing, strategic partnerships, and integrated marketing communications.
- Proven success in managing large-scale events and high-profile partnerships.
- Skilled in agency and vendor management with hands-on experience in end-to-end event execution.
- Strong executive presence with exceptional relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in dynamic, high-growth environments.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to drive decisions based on data and insights.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
$155,000 - $185,000 a year
