Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Demand Planning Intern (e.l.f.tern) to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will support the Demand Planning function across e.l.f. Beauty’s major retail account partners. You’ll gain hands-on experience in forecasting, cross-functional collaboration, and trend analysis—learning the full end-to-end demand planning process and how it supports inventory management and operational efficiency across the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Demand Planning team in compiling and analyzing item-level sales and trend data for major retail accounts.
- Assist in the creation of customer-specific forecasts and track their performance over time.
- Participate in weekly and monthly forecast cycle meetings, including discussion of new programs and innovations.
- Maintain strong cross-functional relationships with teams such as Supply Planning, Sales, and Customer Supply Chain to ensure alignment.
- Contribute to ad-hoc reporting and insights that highlight performance, trends, and business opportunities.
- Gain exposure to SAP and IBP systems to support forecasting and data management processes.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, charts, etc.).
- Experience with SAP or IBP is a plus, but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn with a growth mindset.
$20 - $24 an hour
