Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Paid Media Contractor to join our international marketing team at a fast-paced, high-growth beauty brand. This person will support our Senior Paid Media Manager across day-to-day campaign execution, with a strong emphasis on trafficking, creative coordination, localisation, and global asset deployment.
You will act as a key operational link between our global creative teams, local market stakeholders, and our external media agency to ensure paid campaigns run flawlessly across multiple countries, platforms, and formats.
 
Key Responsibilities

Creative Briefing & Workflow Management
Draft creative briefs to our Global Creative team in alignment with campaign goals.
Participate in campaign pre-briefs (Cosmetics and SKIN verticals) to help shape asset needs.
Oversee the end-to-end creative workflow to ensure timelines and quality benchmarks are met.

Asset Handoff & Deployment
Manage the delivery of all campaign assets to the media agency — including BAU, Big Bet and Disruption campaigns.
Ensure asset specs, formats and usage rights are appropriate for each media channel and market.
Track all final deliverables across platforms including Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Google, Programmatic, OOH & TV

Trafficking & Media Coordination
Work closely with agency partners to ensure all ads are trafficked correctly, on time, and with full QA.
Monitor trafficking timelines and resolve blockers with urgency and attention to detail.

Localisation & Copy Coordination
Develop plan of  localisation of paid creative assets for all international markets.
Manage translation workflows, approvals, and versioning for social and search campaigns.

Campaign Support & Process Excellence
Contribute to the development of campaign briefs by providing media input and historical learnings.
Help maintain campaign trackers, timelines and ensure stakeholder visibility.

Content Management:
Manage all content trackers 
Work with IMC & agencies to retrieve influencer content & handle trafficking 
Support with affiliates management – Rakuten & TikTok Shop

Reporting:
In partnership, with agencies, manage weekly, monthly & quarterly reporting: brand & full funnel
Manage creative performance reporting
 
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in paid media operations, preferably within beauty, fashion, or consumer lifestyle.
Hands-on experience managing creative workflows, trafficking, localisation, and agency coordination.
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok Ads is essential.
Exceptional project management and communication skills.
Comfortable navigating multiple time zones and a globally distributed team.
Highly organised, solutions-focused, and calm under pressure.
