Job Description

    • 1.    Category Strategy Development and Implementation
    • Ÿ   Identify opportunities to optimize cost and increase perceived value to improve gross margin.
    • Ÿ   Develop Category Sourcing Strategy as a guideline of cross functions to work out their strategy and priorities.
    • Ÿ   Lead or coordinate cross-functional teams and suppliers to well implement strategy.

    • 2.    Process Excellence & Relationship Management
    • Ÿ   Optimize sourcing process to standardize and improve ways of working internally & externally.
    • Ÿ   To perfect Supplier Relationship Management in company level per definition of Sourcing Strategy.

    • 3.    Open Innovation & Supply Market Intelligence
    • Ÿ   Dig out internal business needs and leverage suppliers’ innovation capability per sourcing strategy.
    • Ÿ   Close to supply market and bring supply market & industry intelligence to support business growth.
    •  
    • 4.    Supplier & Risk Management
    • Ÿ   Assess supplier performance and take effective actions to improve by leverage support from cross functional teams.
    • Ÿ   Continually develop supplier base in other countries and draft Category Sourcing Strategy accordingly for implementation.
