Position Summary:
Naturium is seeking a highly organized and proactive SR Project Manager to lead cross-functional efforts for New Product Development (NPD). You will oversee the full product lifecycle , from ideation through delivery by driving timelines, anticipating risks, and ensuring alignment across Product Development, Packaging, Operations, Marketing, and Creative teams. This role reports directly to the AVP of Operations.
Location: Hybrid, required to be in LA and able to commute to West Hollywood Tuesday to Thursday.
Responsibilites:
- Lead and manage full lifecycle of new product development (NPD) projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and successful launches
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans using Smartsheet and/or Wrike, tracking dependencies, owners, deadlines, and durations
- Design dashboards and presentation-ready visuals to clearly communicate project status and milestones across stakeholders
- Create and enforce regular use of a centralized project tracker to ensure alignment and visibility across teams
- Manage all sub-projects tied to product launches, samples, sets and custom requests
- Proactively identify and flag risks, offering solutions to mitigate delays and budget impacts
- Drive project progress, support decision-making, and act as the main point of accountability for cross-functional execution
- Communicate updates and changes clearly and consistently to internal and external teams
- Facilitate and lead effective project status meetings, ensuring clear action items and timely follow-ups
- Minimize costs related to delays (e.g., air freight, rush charges) through strong project oversight and foresight
- Partner with stakeholders implement process improvements across NPD, COGS, and stage gate workflows
- Observe cross-functional workflows and propose actionable improvements in meetings, sampling, and artwork processes
- Support a culture of continuous improvement, collaborating closely with internal teams and consultants to elevate execution
- Maintain multiple communication channels including Slack, email and shared drives
- Balance strong organizational discipline with flexibility in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally in beauty, skincare, or consumer goods
- Proficiency in Smartsheet, Wrike, Microsoft Project, Excel, GSuite, Slack, and other collaboration tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to influence and align cross-functional teams
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-starter with strong initiative, adaptability, and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
$110,000 - $140,000 a year
