We are seeking a Senior Manager, North America Retail Sales to join our newly created retail sales team that is launching into a major retailer this year. Reporting directly to the Head of Global Retail Sales, this role will be instrumental in driving retail sales performance, building strong retailer relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of strategic sales initiatives in North America.

What You'll Do
- Retail Sales Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in North America, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and retailer expectations.
- Retailer Relationship Management: Act as the key point of contact for North American retail partners, fostering strong relationships to optimize brand presence and sales performance.
- Sales Target Management: Translate overall sales targets into regional goals, providing clear direction and support to the field team.
- Retail Marketing & Merchandising Collaboration: Work closely with the retail marketing and visual merchandising vendors to ensure cohesive storytelling, impactful visual execution, and seamless integration of sales initiatives.
- Retail Channel Promotion Management: Drive the retail channel promotion calendar with all new launches, core programs, sampling, store openings, animations/exposures, co-op kits, etc.
- Sales & Performance Analysis: Track and analyze sales performance and key retail KPIs, leveraging insights to optimize future strategies and investments.
- Competitive & Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive activities, and consumer preferences to continuously refine sales strategies and maintain brand differentiation.
- Budget Management: Oversee budgets related to driving retail sales, including visual merchandising and global sampling programs. Ensure efficient and effective allocation of resources, coordinating with merchants, production, internal creative teams, Ops, Packaging, and Sales to meet necessary regulatory and retail requirements while staying within budget.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product marketing, creative, marketing, planning and supply chain teams to ensure alignment between product launches, promotional plans, and retail execution.

What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in retail sales, beauty, or a related industry, with a strong understanding of retail partnerships; Previous experience working with Sephora is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing high-impact retail initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.

- Hybrid Schedule: at least 3 days a week in the office
- Compensation range: $120,000-$150,000
