The Software Engineer position is responsible for ensuring the end to end infrastructure & application capacity and performance/scalabil​ity ​of our market leading enterprise next generation of products. The Performance Engineering Group (PEG) ensures that the infrastructure, all systems services/components are highly available, responsive, and scalable that meets our customer’s expectations.


    • Write well designed, testable, tight, efficient, high quality code base by using industry standard software development practices using C#/Java/PHP
    • Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
    • Troubleshoot, maintain and fine tune the code to obtain the best software performance and responsible for maintaining, expanding quality of our products offerings
    • Obtain a thorough understanding of the customer, partner, and internal business
    • Analyze, program, and modify software enhancement requests
    • Maintain and promote consistent behaviors and delivery across the team
    • Construct complex workloads and data shapes to expose potential performance bottlenecks
    • Innovate solutions to improve performance engineering effectiveness
    • Work closely with the cross functional teams to ensure adequate/maximum performance coverage/effectiveness ​

Requirements (Must Have):

    • At least 3+ years of professional experience in commercial software or corporate application development.
    • Experience with the following:
    • A working knowledge with Web technologies and patterns for advanced, highly interactive web apps, including HTML5, MVC, AJAX, JQuery and advanced JavaScript libraries like AngularJS, Node.js, and ES6.
    • Solid experience in web services and SOA, including SOAP/XML, REST/JSON
    • Working experience with WebAPI, Swagger UI, JsonWebTokensOutstanding attention to details and strong communication skills

Requirements (Preferred)

    • Good troubleshooting and performance tuning experience with AWS components like Dynamo, Kinesis, Lambda, etc.
    • In depth knowledge of database fundamentals (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
    • Experience with the following:
    • Hands on experience in any of these programing languages Java, C#
    • Debugging, Monitoring tools AppDynamics, Dynatrace, NewRelic, SignalFx or similar
    • Working experience with Jenkins is strongly preferred
