We are seeking an experienced Windows Systems Engineer/Admin who join the newly restructured IT team. We are looking for a systems engineer who is passionate about delivering engineering, architecture and 3rd level support for the assigned areas such as Office 365 , Active Directory, AD Federation Services (ADFS), AD Certificate Services, Azure Active Directory, Windows Server OS and Hardware, Microsoft Office 365, etc.

The successful candidate must have:

    • Strong working knowledge of Windows Server 2012 through 2019.
    • Strong working knowledge on Microsoft O365 and Azure.
    • Strong a working knowledge of migration/operation of AD, ADFS to/in Azure.
    • Strong working knowledge on SCCM, DNS & DHCP, SSO and GPO’s.
    • Strong understanding across cloud and infrastructure components (server, storage, network, API management) to provide end-to-end Cloud Infrastructure Designs.
    • Strong understanding of Certificates and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
    • Advanced experience with Azure, AWS or other cloud providers
    • Design and develop Powershell scripts; drives process automation and improvement; assists engineers, support team and management with their scripting and automation requirements.
    • Have experience with Tenant to Tenant Migrations (O365/Exchange, Azure/On-Premise, etc…)
    • Excellent understanding/working knowledge of the public cloud infrastructure and services in AWS (IAM, VPC, KMS, CloudWatch, Systems Manager, S3, RDS, Route53, Lambda, AWS Config, etc.) is a strong plus;
    • Experience building and securing infrastructure as code using CloudFormation, Ansible, SAM and/or similar tools.
    • Participate and play a key role in the design and execution of ADFS migration to Azure.
    • Participate and play a key role in the design and execution of creation of Server’s standard Configuration and release management.
    • Facilitate knowledge sharing by creating and maintaining detailed and comprehensive documentation and diagrams, while also collaborating with other team members on standard processes and technology
    • This position will require availability to perform maintenance and emergencies response, during non-business hours and over weekends. Occasional business travel is possible.
    • Participate in closing Tier 2 and 3, incident tickets and problem tickets assigned to Systems Admin Team.

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience.
    • Current technical certifications with a focus on one or both of the following major Cloud Service Providers, AWS or Azure
    • 10+ years related work experience in areas of Systems Administration or Systems Engineering.
    • 5 + years’ experience in the following areasManaging Virtual Machines in the Cloud
    • Managing Automation Tools in a Hybrid environment
    • Implementing/Managing Cloud Services
    • Strong understanding across cloud and infrastructure components (server, storage, network, API management) to provide end-to-end Cloud Infrastructure Designs.
    • Strong understanding of Certificates and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
