Develop and operate best in class data processing infrastructure that is capable of ingesting and transforming data at huge scale coming from many different sources. Provide data infrastructure for machine learning and predictive analytics. Design and implement internal APIs to power data driven products and external APIs consumed by well-known companies in the financial industry. Collaborate with product management, engineering leadership, and data scientists on coming up with new product ideas, and turn that vision into working products. Engage in self-driven investigations into cutting edge technologies and techniques for data management and processing.
 
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field plus 5 years of experience. Requires 5 years of experience in Java, C++ or Scala and MySQL. 5 years of experience in object-oriented design and development with languages such as C# or Java. 5 years of experience in enterprise-scale multi-tier, distributed architectures. 4 years of experience in AWS, Elastic Search like technologies. 4 years of experience in AWS environment and applicable products such as Amazon Kinesis, Lamdba, DynamoDB, or Redshift. 4 years of experience with building high throughput real-time and batch data processing pipelines using Spark, Flink, Storm, Kafka, or Samza. 4 years of experience managing large data sets using technologies like HDFS, S3, Alluxio, Avro, or Parquet. 4 years of experience with Open Source products and components. 4 years of experience working in DevOps environment. 3 years of experience with a variety of data stores for unstructured and columnar data as well as traditional database systems such as MongoDB, Cassandra, HBase, MySQL, Postgres, or Vertica-like technologies.
