We have a vision: We want to redefine the charging ecosystem for electric vehicles and make electric mobility the integral component of the energy transition. 
We are developing software for the EV charging market that aims to enhance the overall journey for EV drivers through real-time updates and user-friendly features. One aspect of our vision includes developing the best charging app on the market for our biggest B2B client, E.ON Drive. But that's just one piece of the puzzle. By leveraging the latest technologies and industry insights, we are working on a tailored solution that aims to empower CPOs and energy players to maximize efficiency, minimize costs, and ultimately drive greater success in their businesses.

About the role

    • You offer support to the Swedish-speaking customers of our E.ON Drive Comfort app
    • You answer to their questions, concerns, and issues to your best ability through e-mail, chat, and WhatsApp
    • You resolve issues and troubleshoot technical problems if possible or escalate them to the responsible teams
    • You teach customers how to use our app and fix issues
    • You keep track of the customer feedback so that we can learn from it to continuously improve
    • You develop and document knowledge into helpful content in our internal wiki Notion
    • Note: our Customer Care team works 7 days per week - the exact days and shifts can be discussed individually

Your profile

    • You speak Swedish and English fluently, German is a plus
    • You are a good communicator verbally and in writing
    • You have a friendly and supportive personality
    • You are well-organized and good at solving problems
    • You are a team player and like collaborating with different people and teams
    • Previous experience in a Customer Care role is a plus
    • You have your permanent residence in Germany or the EU
Our hiring process

Application screening: Our People & Culture team screens all applications in collaboration with the teams.
First interview (30 min): In the first interview, you will meet one colleague from People & Culture next to your potential lead. The goal of this interview is getting-to-know each other and aligning expectations from both ends to get a feeling if this would be a good fit for both sides. 
Technical interview (1 h): This session is focused on the role itself and you would meet your potential lead once more next to one direct colleague. We would like to start off by discussing your case study and use this as a starting point for a technical discussion together.
