In order for this to work, you have to be:
- Really smart
- Really reliable
- Really honest
- Really nice
- Really deadline driven
- Really fast
- Really accurate
- Really thorough (off the charts thorough)
- Really attentive to detail
- Really good at forming grammatically correct sentences
- Really good at Lever (ATS)
It will help a lot if you have:
- A college degree from a four year college
- A few years professional experience in a large company
- Some experience in recruiting
- Really good command of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in using social media for work - mostly LinkedIn
