What you'll do

    • Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient execution for UK & Ireland.
    • Monitor and track warehouse and last-mile KPIs to maintain consistent and high-level performance.
    • Act as the main point of contact between Emma and the warehouse/last-mile partners, ensuring alignment and seamless communication.
    • Manage stock levels to optimize space and minimize aged or blocked inventory.
    • Lead end-to-end replenishment planning, approving all inbound flows, including new purchase orders (POs) and warehouse transfers.
    • Collaborate with internal Account Managers to address logistical challenges and ensure smooth internal coordination.
    • Oversee last-mile deliveries for both parcel carriers and full truck carriers, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Who we are looking for:

    • Proven experience in logistics, warehouse management, and last-mile delivery.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor and optimize KPIs for logistics and performance.
    • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and with external partners.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on inventory management, replenishment planning, and optimizing warehouse operations.
    • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
    • A proactive problem-solver with the ability to drive efficiency improvements and ensure timely deliveries.
    • Fluent in English (C2), any other European Language is a plus.
