What you'll do:
- You will own Operations of our Offline Channels as a whole: from Production to Delivery to final customers (retail stores, warehouses, or final customers). It includes Planning, S&OP, Warehousing, Last Mile Delivery etc....
- You will create / adapt a structure of new processes for enlarging our Offline Operations team.
- You will lead a team of 30-50 people (3 direct team leads) across Europe.
- Together with your team, you will be responsible for the strategical, tactical and operational management of our various suppliers and partners across Europe (warehouses, delivery businesses, …), implement and track SLAs.
- You will implement a KPI-driven culture of continuous improvement.
- You will make sure that best practices and strategic projects within Operations are implemented
Who we are looking for:
- University Degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain / Logistics or a related subject, or have relevant working experience in this area
- You have strong Communication and Stakeholder Management skills
- You have a proven track record of developing and managing team members
- You know how to manage reasonably sized teams (40+ members)
- You have Strategic Sense and are conceptually strong
- You have an independent ad structured way of working, and are a process-oriented thinker
- You are customer oriented
- You have very good English skills
