Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to IFRS
Analyse the impact of business actions on financial results
Prepare internal and external management reporting packages
Set the right goals to steer the company and follow up on their progress
Contribute to ensuring accurate and reliable accounting data
Provide insightful analyses regarding sales, costs, profitability, and efficiency
Contribute to finance projects (major one being ERP implementation)
Act as a business partner for non-finance stakeholders

Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Finance / Accounting
3 years of experience as a financial controller, auditor or accountant
Working knowledge of accounting and controlling aspects
Proven Ms Excel skills, MsDynamics is a plus
Ability to quickly build credibility and trust with all levels in an organization
Hands-on mentality, analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and pragmatism
Excellent communication skills in English
