What you'll do:

    • Analyze and understand our growth structures (strategically and operationally) to grow the market rapidly.
    • Identify, build value case, analyses, and reports regarding growth initiatives that contribute to significant sales.
    • Generate insights by developing a close and deep understanding of our marketing channels, customers, key sales channels, and players, thus help us understand the customer journey and improve our marketing efficiency in France.
    • Be truly entrepreneurial, bring a versatile skill set, your tasks will range from user experience optimization to uncovering new sales channels to identifying new product strategy.
    • Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition and conversion rate optimization.
    • Think outside of the box, showing creativity to test & scale ideas quickly to source further growth.
    • Take ownership of new growth projects within the French market.
    • Build and lead your own team of business developers and marketers.
    • Lead a big team of business development and marketing manager.

Who we are looking for:

    • You have +5 years in the field(s) of business development, strategy consulting, (E-commerce experience being a plus) and you are ideally already managing managers successfully.
    • You must be fully fluent in both the French language and in English.
    • Track record of successfully identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
    • Previous experience in launching and scaling a startup would be a significant advantage, showcasing an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying and addressing challenges in a proactive and creative manner
