What You'll Do
- You will support to manage overall warehousing and related topics, operation, KPI, new product introduction.
- You will work closely with our transport and location partners to coordinate the shipment of Emma's products to our customer
- You will help manage LSP performance and make sure 3PL delivery aligns with our KPI
- You will help monitor the order status to avoid backlogs.
- You will help deal with the customer complaint and other emergencies
- You will ensure the WMS data is accurate and aligned with our ERP.
- You will help ensure the accuracy of import/delivery and other invoices
- You will monitor our performance and animate all stakeholders to improve the future results together;
- You will give visibility to our Customer Service team on the future problem we may have to proactively inform our customers so our NPS can keep growing
- You will challenge the status quo to optimize our processes and increase sustainability along the supply chain
Who You Are
- You have background in operations related field or have a strong interest in logistic and supply chain
- You are motivated and not afraid 'to get your hands dirty' and execute;
- You have strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin
- You like to give your opinion, learn, fail, succeed, and share all of this with your team
- You are ambitious to grow yourself
- You are a collaborative team player and people seek working with you
