What you'll do:

    • You will be part of the Recruiting team in our Lisbon office and be responsible to build up our leadership teams and C-level. 
    • You will drive the development and implementation of a comprehensive executive search strategy to identify and attract top-tier executive talent. 
    • You serve as a strategic partner and will find A-player leaders across the globe. 
    • You love to develop out of the box ideas in order to find alternative sourcing strategies for the recruiting team, external partners and hiring managers. 
    • You will implement your own ideas on how we can improve our (Recruiting) processes. 
    • You will collaborate with the leadership team to understand the company's strategic goals and talent needs, aligning recruitment efforts to support long-term business objectives. 
    • You will work closely with business leaders of all levels, where you can influence and deliver quality every week and continuously improve candidate experience.   

What we're looking for:

    • You have gained first working experience in globally successful companies out of which you gained at least 2 years of experience in Recruiting / Talent Aquisition
    • You are eager to find outstanding talent on LinkedIn and other platforms
    • You love getting a deep understanding of people's personalities to identify how that can match with different roles
    • You love to collaborate with people of all levels and different offices across the globe. 
    • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills to speak to a lot of stakeholders. 
    • You’ve have great organizational skills and ability to see big picture. Also, you are able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize since Recruiting is one of the main strategic pillars and a big focus at Emma! 
    • You know you can build strong relationships with everyone, being candidates, hiring managers and other teams.
