What you'll do

    • You will develop, implement and deliver the global onboarding and refresher training - and strategic learning agenda for the Emma operations team.
    • You will turn information into knowledge and skill for operations related standard roles by creating inspiring and engaging training materials, to exchange and actively acquire capabilities / and further develop hard or soft skills training for high-performance results teams.
    • You will perform needs analyses using available data and evaluate results to continuously improve knowledge gaps and ensure a high level of employee engagement and satisfaction.
    • You will develop and roll out innovative e-learning standards, methods, learning platforms, best practices.
    • You will foster strong relationships with teams across Emma, leading and influencing others effectively to achieve cross-functional alignment on goals and successful projects/improvements execution.
    • You will participate in chapter meetings from Emma Operations team to support engagement level, learning, and best practices sharing for further accelerating new joiners and teams' efficient knowledge path.
    • You will collaborate with core teams for operations excellence improvements (Process excellence, continuous improvements and automation opportunities, and many others Emma teams).
    • You will collaborate effectively with Emma People & Organizational team for a better employee experience. 

Who we are looking for

    • You are fluent in English. Experiences in German, French, Dutch/ other languages are an advantage.
    • You are independent and ambitious in driving your topics forward.
    • You are passionate about operations, learning and sleep tech products.
    • You have strong communication skills, a positive, strategic, process-oriented and solution-oriented thinking.
    • You demonstrated experience with change management from in-time implementation to continuous improvement.
    • You have experience aligning diverse stakeholders to manage risk and change in fast-moving environments.
    • You are an open-minded team player.
    • You have analytical skills and learn quickly.
    • You like to take on responsibility and can work independently.
